UPDATE Review of County Electoral Arrangements for Flintshire - Draft Proposals

The Local Democracy and Boundary Commission for Wales have completed the first stage of their review of Flintshire. The Commission is now publishing Draft Proposals. The report can be viewed on the Commission’s web page – https://ldbc.gov.wales/reviews/08-19/flintshire-draft-proposals

The Commission are providing notice of the period for representation commencing on 5 September 2019 and ending on 27 November 2019. After this date the Commission will consider the representation and any new evidence that has been received before they prepare their Final Proposals. These will be published and submitted to the Welsh Government, who may give effect to the proposals either as submitted or with modifications.
