Proposed Residential Development at the former Council Depot, Dobshill

Flintshire County Council via Wates Residential are proposing to develop the old depot site at Dobshill as part of their SHARP programme. The site will contain 24 dwellings including a mixture of 4, 3 and 2 bedroom properties, flats and bungalows. The existing hedgerows and trees will not be affected apart from improving access.

There are details of the plans below and information about the development. The Wates team and Council are keen to hear comments and suggestions about the scheme and have been working with Penyffordd Councillors for the last few months to make the development work well for existing and future residents.
