A Thank You to Cindy Hinds

Members of the Community Council wanted to personally thank Cindy for her 20+ years of service to our community. She has been an extremely valued member of the council and will be sorely missed. We hope that she can now sit back and enjoy the community she has helped shape and wish her well in her retirement.
