Work at Penyffordd Train Station

Dear Neighbour,

We wanted to let you know that we will be working to carry out refurbishment works to Penyffordd Station, this is part of our maintenance programme to keep the operating railway safe.

To do this we will be using plant/machinery which can at times be noisy, we apologise in advance for any disturbance.

We will be working during the day time, 8am – 5pm, from Monday 16 May to Friday 8 July 2022. We will also be working overnight, 10pm – 6am from Monday 27 June to Saturday 2 July, when trains aren’t operating, so that our teams can work safely. Please accept my apologies for the short notice of this work.

Our teams are aware that they are working close to residential properties, and try to minimise disruption as much as possible, but we apologise in advance if you are disturbed during these works.
