Help is available if you need it

 

Problems can occur when you least expect them.  It can happen to anyone.  They affect your family, your work or your health.  The advice provided is available to anyone who lives in or visits Flintshire and is completely free, independent, confidential & impartial.

When you first contact them they will discuss your issue and help you decide on the best way forward, which could be to book an appointment with them, help you find the information you need on their website, or signpost you to another advice provider.

They have a local freephone telephone number 0808 278 7923 (Monday - Friday 9am-3.30pm).

You can use their text service by sending a text message to: 07862138271

The website lists lots of other ways to contact them including email, WhatsApp & Messenger.

There is also a National number which is open slightly later, until 5pm: 0800 7022 020
