NHS, Social Care and Frontline Workers Day (video)

The attached video highlights events from Monday 5th July which was the the NHS, Social Care and Frontline Workers Day.

Here in Penyffordd, Penymynydd and Dobshill the day was acknowledged by the raising of the NHS flag, a short service of thanks and reflection and the provision of afternoon tea to nominated workers in the above services.

Thanks are due to all who supported this important day including The Royal British Legion, The War Memorial Institute and the local businesses who provided many with well deserved afternoon tea. Thank you to Jemoleys, The Millstone, The Red Lion and Coffee King.

Thank you too for the many creative rainbows displayed throughout the village.

A community reflecting together, we acknowledge the debt of gratitude we owe to those who work tirelessly on our behalf and again extend our thanks to all.
