Residents who walk along Platt Lane, please beware.

We have been made aware that at the entrance to Platt Lane from the Wrexham Road end, the first gate on the left hand side has been smothered in grease, residents have got covered in this grease simply by leaning over to have a look at the horse in next doors field.

It is not clear who has done this, but please be vigilant in looking over gates on the public highway, especially this one!
