Parking - Crossways & Hawarden Road

Message from Councillor David William:

Dear residents,

Further to the issue of inconsiderate parking on Crossways and around Hawarden road during the road closure, the Highways Inspector from Flintshire went out yesterday morning and informed contractors Charles Warren & MacBryde homes that they must not park in these areas.

He apparently moved some of them on and they now have to park in the compound or within the site. He viewed the area and from what he could see, cars parked when he looked appeared to be residents so he is reluctant to put bollards down in case they impact on residents and visitors.

Please let Councillor David Williams know if there are any future problems and he will liaise with the Council and residents to look for some means of addressing the problem further.
