Spar Penyffordd Shopping Support

The manager of the Spar has agreed to accept telephone orders that staff will prepare for collection. Unfortunately they do not have the facility to accept payment over the phone so this will need to be done on collection of the order. Also, they do not have the staffing to provide a delivery service so the orders will need to be collected.

Unfortunately they will not be able to take email orders due to access difficulties, so please do your best to put orders in as early as possible and give sufficient time for assistants to gather the orders together.

The aim of this is to assist self isolating residents and reduce the number of people going into the shop and the reduce the time spent in there, so please do your best to plan before phoning the shop.

There is a group in the village who are helping the vulnerable, and if you are in difficulty and not had a slip through your door, please contact David Williams on 01978762486 who will forward your details to the leaders of the group for somebody to collect your shopping if needed.
