Invitation to Tender - War Memorial Refurbishment (Phase1)
Invitation to Tender
Penyffordd Community Council, in conjunction with the Penyffordd/Penymynydd War Memorial Institute are seeking to appoint a principle contractor for the first phase of construction of the Penyffordd War Memorial Institute. The contract is to include the substantial preparation and construction work:
Site management and safety
Demolition of some existing walls
Preparation and Foundations
Erection of walls and timber roof with glazed façade
Erection of a replacement storage extension
Phase 1 is for the construction up to the stage of weatherproof and ready for interior fitout. The work is expected to commence in August 2019.
The second phase will be tendered separately according to the different trade required.
Tenders are required to be submitted by post and the closing date for tender submissions is 6.00pm on Friday 26 July 2019.
