Dear Councillor / Clerk,
A55 – Essential maintenance work J35 Dobshill eastbound off slip
I refer to the above and wish to inform you of carriageway resurfacing that will be undertaken at the above location between Monday 23rd July and Saturday 28th July 2018.
This could result in a higher than usual level of noise at intervals and I take this opportunity in apologising in advance for any inconvenience incurred. NMWTRA have distributed / will distribute a letter to properties alongside the works area informing residents / businesses.
The works will entail a full closure of the eastbound off slip at J35 Dobshill and nearside lane closure on the main carriageway, nightly between approximately 20:00 and 06:00 23rd – 28th July 2018.
The proposed diversion for eastbound traffic will be via the A55 eastbound down to J36 Warren Bank, Broughton and return along the westbound carriageway to J35.
Traffic along the diversion route will be monitored to identify any issues / additional mitigation measures that may need to be considered.
