The Proposal
To build a new Co-operative retail store on the old bowling green adjacent to the Millstone pub. 17 jobs will be created.

Planning Status
Planning approved.

Timescale
Work started on the site in November 2019.

Roads
Access will be onto Hawarden Road with car parking and deliveries contained within the site.
Highways are being consulted by the Community Council

Footpaths
There will be a footpath link from the Millstone behind the Co-op car park to the Millstone play area.
